Our theme : Back to the Basics. What does this mean?
All month we will focus on Yoga principles, breathing techniques, feet placement, and understanding our yoga poses. Don't we do that all the time? Yes, we do but we recognize that our members wish to deepen their practice, their understanding of what certain yoga moves mean, and to learn new Yoga styles!
So what is the schedule like: We will keep our regular time of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. unless noted.
Mondays:
7 a.m. - Gentle Yoga & Flow with Jessalyn
7 p.m. - Yoga Flow with Tanya
Tuesdays:
7 a.m.- Sun Salutations with Laura
4:00 p.m. - DeafBlind Yoga with Tanya and Jessalyn
7 p.m. - Gentle Yoga with Laura
Wednesdays:
7 a.m. -Core Yoga and Flow with Jessalyn
7 p.m.-Chair Yoga and Flow (new) with Jessalyn
Thursday:
7 a.m. - Chair Yoga and Flow (new) with Jessalyn
7 p.m. - Sun Salutations with Laura
Fridays:
7 a.m. - Yoga Stretch and Flow with Jessalyn
Watch for occasional Happy Hour Yoga that anyone can join!
Saturday:
May 8th, 2021- Reiki Master, Debbie Golos Community Healing Session @ 10:30 a.m.
May 15th, 2021- Community Yoga with Jessalyn, Laura and Tanya @ 10:00 a.m.
May 22nd, 2021- Community Yoga
NO classes on Memorial Day weekend and Memorial Day!
